A: Yes, in accordance with NJ regulations pertaining to childcare programs, all children are provided with an opportunity to rest each day. Children who do not fall asleep, or children who wake up early, are offered alternate quiet activities. Since we know that rest contributes to a child’s overall health and well-being, we do our best to ensure that each child has the opportunity to rest each day.
